  1. ok so I am 7 weeks out from my banding( first fill a week away) and I have not lost a pound since surgery?!?!?!? Before surgery. I havent gained any but I just dont know?? ok i know what yer thinking, Im eating more....NOPE....Im not exercising....I AM. so anyone else have this problem???
  2. So I am getting stuck and im only 6 weeks out from my banding, i haven't even had a fill yet. I have got stuck with yogurt, sobort, and other soft stuff. so what i end up doing to eat is eat a little then water to hard swallow it down...this is so hard to do over and over. anyone else have this problem while they were still wide open????

  4. hi all, I just signed up today, I had my band put in about 2 weeks ago now. they told me to move to pureed or mushy food, so today I had a little cottage cheese and all of a sudden I feel like Im chocking on the food, I started to cough to get it out and out came big amounts of what looked like spit??? is this normal this soon with no fill??? one thing i should mention I chewed it very well, so much my jaw is starting to hurt. after I coffed/heaved it up the what felt like a blockage went away and I had some Water instead.
