  1. I have had fills at the office in Calhoun as well. I received a letter stating that they are going to charge for the fills I am not sure if this letter was sent to every patient that has had a fill or just the ones without insurance. If it was sent to everyone, I think that the patients that have insurance should call and see what they are allowed to charge for the fill. It is going to depend on if Rita is a provider with your insurance. If she is, she can not charge you $250 unless you are required to meet your deductible before they pay. If your insurance only requires that you pay a co-pay then they can only charge you the co-pay. They have told several people that they will have to pay the $250 to get a fill even if their insurance company is a provider and I am here to tell you that this is called insurance fraud!!!!
