Used to be in fantastic shape.  Over the "decades" the lbs., started adding up.  Increaseing 20-30 lbs every few years.  180 turned to 200, 200 turned to 220.  a couple of years later to 240 and so on to now... a massive 287 lbs.  I have a hard time buying pants, and have to wear them under my stomache.  I finally got off my butt, and am in the classes at Kaiser in So Cal. to get ready for surgery.  I have been on diets for ever but have not had long term success.I am excited about the Lap-Band procedure and am looking forward to the help!
