  1. I am from Lubbock and Dr. David Hall did both my husband and my surgery 7/7 and 7/8th. Dr. Hall and his staff are wonderful and they use Northstar Hospital (they were awesome). I see you posted a while back --you may already found what you need...just my 2 cents worth. Good luck.
  2. I have never posted...but have enjoyed reading everyone's posts. I was banded 7/8. My husband was banded on 7/7. We are both doing great. He (being a man, no offense) has lost 2x as much as me, but the dr. told me that would happen. Thanks to everyone for sharing! It is great to know that we have comrades out there who know what we have gone through. :juggle: My husband is a great cook (part of our weight problem-lol)---but he has been very creative with our puree foods--thank goodness. I wasn't looking forward to baby food protein. Good wishes to those who are going to be banded soon. I wouldn't go back--it was worth it.
