    is anyone out there using a colon cleanse? I was back to normal when I came home from the hospital, but now I am constipated...I'm thinking because I am now eating more solid foods... comments please?

    I curious about the colon cleanse, does it help? I have been constipated since having the surgery...what brand of colon cleanse are you using and do I need a prescription?
  4. I am not quite 2 weeks since my surgery,,,and this week I have not lost a pound. I am now on phase II mushy foods...thought maybe that had something to do with it. Has anyone else experience this?

  6. I had to do this prior to my surgery..I used slim fast high protein shakes twice a day and 1 meal consisting of a protein and a veggie or salad. I had my surgery March 19th

    well, I had my surgery on thursday..it went quite well. virtually no pain..just some soreness. I am home and let the heeling begin..

  9. well, I have my pre op nutrition meeting tommorrow and I see the shrink on thursday...then I can schedule hopefully.. keep your fingers crossed....I want this so bad I can taste it...:rose:
  10. Thank you for your thoughts. I have read alot about the surgery and have attended support meetings. I have pretty much made up my mind to do the lapband. Probably looking for surgery to take place in March
