  1. ok i am new also , i had my band on jan. 29 in dallas with dr. barker. I have a herd time getting the fluid in, i can eat some now but i really like smashed beans and low fat cheese on top, i have a really hard time wondering if i am eating enough or not, or if i am eating to little or to much , i am so confused on what to eat and what not to eat,i don't even know sometimes, i wonder sometimes what i have done to myself. i am where there are no support groups and no seminars. I would have to drive 3.5 hours to get to them , thank you for listening and please respond, i have posted on obesity help and have not gotten results for days , god bless and thank you joy
  2. I have been posted for a few days and still have not gotten a response I need some information on how to get my insurance to approve my procedure if it says it is not covered? I have several medical prob. I have a pacemaker, arrythmias,back problems, heel and feet problems. I just want to live again, I want this for myself i just want someone to listen and help if you can thank you hope to hear from someone soon.
  3. I have just signed onto this site and I really need some help, advice whatever anyone can give me. I am 37 and have recently had 8 cardiac procedures and also have had a pacemaker placed in the last year. I have back problems and heel problems. I am at 286 pounds and am 5ft 9 I need some help!! My insurance does not cover this procedure and I need to find out if they have to due to medical necessity. My cardiologist says that it is a medical necessity and so does my general doctor and gyno. Please help if you can with any information..
