Best Memory: Weighing 226 for the first time in 6 years and went from 22's and 24's to 16-18's. Wow, who would have ever thought 50 pounds would make so much difference in 2 months and 2 wees. Worst Memory: My family telling me this is the easy way out, I've cheated, it's not really dieting, and me setting down crying because of the lack of support, that would have the be the hardest. My feelings are very, very heart.

Congrats, I'm so proud for you. You get two gifts in one. A beautiful, joyous baby and then you know how hard it always is to get it off, your one step up and know exactly what to do so you'll be back to prebaby weight in no time and then on to some serious losing. Good luck,

OMG Step, You be careful. Thank God your son was okay. This stuff is getting scary. You just never know when you turn your tv on. I'm am so proud your okay. How have you been doing other than that? Good I hope. You know how my weight loss has been fairly good and I mean I really do watch what I eat and eat very little. Well, my daughter , soninlaw and precious grandbaby stayed for 8 hours today and after several more of those Mom, you can really think what your doing is fair, your just lucky you and Dad had our inheritance you could blow on this. She really is a sweet child just mouthly some times. Well, for the first time since surgery I haven't eat well at all. Am going back to the pissed off at the world so I'll eat. I made some of that puppy chow and am eating it now. I am going to get up from this laptop and throw it in the trash. This kind of stuff got me fat, and mostly from feelings, and I'll be damn, excuse my language if I'm going to let it do it to me again. You guys all take care and have a wonderful week. I went to Mexico, had never even been to Texas let along Mexico and had mine done and it couldn't have went better. Just take a long hot bubble bath, read, watch Roseanne or something and just chill, you'll be fine.

I have got the address where you can download the card for the restarants. I've never even downloaded it and printed it. If you do you might want to lamenate it too. I do have the card my surgeon gave me while still in Mexico, it just has the serial number of my band, surgeon, what size and all that jazz and a pic of the band, tubing and port.

Thank you all for your hugs. I really have felt them today. I cried the last 2 days and it feels good to know someone really cares about you and I know we haven't all met but by golly I love all of you and would do anything I could to help any of you. My daughter who is a nurse and 21 came by to eat lunch today and one of the first things out of her mouth was, yeah everybody at work said you couldn't be on the biggest loser show, (It's one of my favorite shows) because it would be cheating because your band loses for you. Dang, I wish people didn't say that crap and my husband 2 seconds behind her said yep, now fair dieting. I kid you all not, my husband has been a little over weight but not 125 pounds like I was and he didn't cut back on single bit until after my surgery. Oh go figure. Hi everyone, Hope you are all having a great weekend. You know what, I need a July'ers group hug. I know, I'm whining and crying but just can't help it. I've been married for almost 25 years and my husband has decided to go on one of his hurt no matter who is in his way, hurt my feelings at any cost and make me cry as often as possible. He went to work Friday and everything was fine and when he came home friday night all hell broke loose. Nothing at all had happened. He started yelling because my son hadn't taken out the trash, he's 19 and still has to be twice. Then he got on me from everything I was fixing for supper to you name it. I cried and cried. Got up this morning and I thought things would be better and I'll be damned if they weren't worse. It sure can be hard. I noticed after surgery how he was really cutting back and trying to loose weight and I promise you he hadn't tried one iota until I got home. Now it's more of a thing for him than me. He wasn't huge or anything just heavy. Well, so far he's lost as much as me and he's the man and 6'1 and only weighs 6 pounds more than me. He weighs everyday. I think this has something to do with it because he'll say see how easy it is for me and I didn't waste almost 15,000 dollars. I've cried all weekend. I sure hope things get better, I know they will, he just gets in these moods and takes them out on me and our son. I love him I just wished he wouldn't do this. Everything is hard on me emotionally right now anyway. Sorry to bum everyone out but my family if not supportive of me at all since this surgery. You know, I cheated, took the easy way out. Just really relax and if he isn't for some reason using fluro raise both of your legs up and hold them and make sure your arms are stretched out behind your head and that will help a bunch. Mine sprays a numbing spray and keeps spraying until it's in. The only thing I usually fill is a small pop when he pulls it out. No worse than a bee sting, probably not as bad even. You'll do great. Now don't be upset if you can't tell it right off. I've got a 4cc's band and I got 1.25 for the first fill and couldn't tell it until about one week later but the second helped even more and now since I got my 3rd one this week I'm very tight. If you are in Louisville, most definitely go to Dr. Trace Curry. He's only one hour from you and he's the surgeon who answers all of the questions on this forum. Just put his name in the search and you can read his posts. I could go to 3 doctors lots closer than him, as I'm a mexican patient, but I drive 5 hours each way to him. He is the best. He is fabulous and no I don't work for him. LOL. He is in Cincinatti and his office is attached to Deaconess Hospital. I just went to him Tuesday for my 3rd fill. You would love him I promise. He's speaking in Lexington next month. He's done thousands. I will give you his website and all of his phone numbers are on there and you can give him a call. I love Dr. Sanchez in Monterrey Mexico. He was fabulous. Just don't go to Lopez. I know Sanchez and Ortiz are very welled liked and I'm sure there are others. I'm with you, I had a great experience and I just don't pay any attention to people who don't want you to go to Mexico. Just do your research and find your fil doctor before you go and you will be fine.

I had mine done In Monterrey Mexico so there was none other than just taking my blood min.'s before sugery. In the states I've heard they have to have EKG., Chest X-ray, Stress Test, endoscopy, Physc evaluations, supervised dieting, bloodwork, there's more but I can't remember right now, but that's a pretty good start.

I just got my third fill and my very tight at this time but the other 2 fills I couldn't tell anything for a week. There's a lot of us that can any differnece at first. Just give it a little time, I'm sure you'll be able to tell it especially if you got a decent fill.

I too, am truly sorry but I also know from all of your posts that I've read that you are stronger now, you will overcome this and come out a better person. I've been married, soon 25 years, so I would be lying if I said we'd never had any trouble. Marriage is like a fulltime job with lots of overtime and can be the most trying thing in life in the best of times. Just love yourself and your kids and keep your head up, you'll do just fine. Also, as an extra bonus, enjoy your new life as a thinner person as well, you deserve it.

Karik, Your pcp can deaded it and take that whole side of your nail off to fix that. I've had it done 3 times and finally my whole nail removed. Don't have the whole thing removed because then after 3 months it growns back and mine grew back funky. So yes, I have ugly toe. Hi Leona, I've been asking about you I was worried. I've had the tooth abcess and it is sooo painful. IF I were you I would tell them you wanted the daily shots of antibiotics and you will get better lottts faster than pills. This may be the difference in surgery or not. Good luck and hope your feeling better soon.

Your absolutely right. I contacted them and when I looked at the number of slips and the hospital I had to go with Dr. Sanchez. It was a big hospital where I went and it's where the President of the U.S. goes if he needs a hospital while down there. I think the whole Mexico experience depends on who you choose. I said time and time again, I had a wonderful, wonderful experience and I went with Funny and she did too. So please, don't down Mexico but please, please, make sure of who you choose. I wished I could help her out some way. I feel so bad for her as it could be me or any of us. We all have to look out for each other. I mean this place is family for me. Hey me too. My middle area was the biggest. You want to know a weird thing. I never ever had a belly. I mean I was tiny. Usually 23 in. or so before I gained weight. And where did I gain it, in the belly. We'll have to throw ourselves a internet party. Wouldn't that be wild. Don't ask me how, LOL. I'm on mushies today but I'm sticking to liquids as I'm chicken............ Good luck and I hope you loose, loose, loose. You several pounds smaller than me but I don't want you to wait for me.
