  1. I'm about to banded on Monday (June 8, 2009) if everything goes smoothly. I'll be banded at NRH (Nat Rehabilitation Hospital) "Washington Hospital" in DC. The staff is pretty good, I've only had a few minor issues, I'd recommend this facility though. The support group meetings are the first Saturday of the month at 9AM (to approx 10AM). I hope this helps. :blushing:
  2. I'm getting banded on Monday and then in 6 weeks My fam and I are moving to AZ. Looking for someone here and/or there to help me on this path...
  3. Hi Trista, I'm Jennifer, I live in VA also, I'm fairly new to the area so I'm not sure where you're located (ie if we live near each other). My son just turned 2. I'll probably be banded in May (I hope). Sounds like you're making awesome progress, congrats! Hit me up whenever (I'm trying to get in here more), add me as a friend? I still can't figure out how... :0)
  4. These are al so yummy sounding, thanks for sharing, I should be having the surery in a couple mos and already can't wait to try most of these, it's good to know everything tasty is not bad, also that enjoying the good (healthy) stuff won't have to totally end. I too can't wait to share what I discover.
