Hi, Thanks for all your encouragements! I'm feeling alot better, I think the speed walking at the end of the walk, was too much for the port area! The info, I was given from my surgeon, you can go back to walking and cycling, 3 days after surgery!! But, I'm going to do a more relaxing walk, more of a stroll instead!! Thanks again and good luck everyone x
Hi Everyone, I'm 14 days post-op and was feeling great, walking an average of 4-6 miles a day! But all of a sudden, I'm now experiencing a sore tummy, tender where the scars are, have I done too much, too early or can I upset the lapband? I had a boneless chicken thigh, 2 days ago and brought it straight up! Can I of made the lapband slip that easy? or am I being paranoid? Can anyone give me advice or have experienced this themselves?
Hi Everyone, Getting the case prepared today, fly out tomorrow lunchtime with my Sister "Jewy", who without the finance, I would never of ever of been able to have the op!! Jewy, you're a very special Sister & Best Friend!! Love you lots!! We do this together through thick to thin!! Lol xx
Hi Everyone, I'm going to be banded in Belguim on 17th March with my Sister, Jewy. Getting really nervous now. We're lucky, we only go on a low fat diet, to decrease the size of the liver. I'm hungry on this diet, so I hate to think, what you all on a liquid diet are going through? Good Luck for everyone getting banded this week!!
Thanks for the help "Restless Monkey" and well done on your weight loss so far! :scared2:
Yes, We're having our bands fitted by Chris, and well done to you as well, you're done really well, was it really hard?
Regards Big Bones
