  1. How do you know when you get to "where you need to be"? Is there a certain feeling?
  2. I have been reading this site for some time, and have just registered today so I could post a message. The people on this site seem to have had so much success. I had my lapband surgery on April 5, 2006. I was down 20 pounds in 1.5 weeks, and felt so great, recovery was a breeze. THEN IT CAME TO A HALT. I saw my doctor for my one month post-op appt, and he filled me 1.5cc. That was May 4. Since then, I have lost only 2 pounds (just over 2 weeks). I am really scared at this point. I paid privately to have this surgery b/c I did not qualify with insurance. I am so scared I will not lose any more weight. Started at 280, now down to 258. I am happy for the loss I have had, but am very concerned it's all I will see. The amount of food I eat is so small, I just don't get it. I eat less than my little kids now. If I were following WW, I would be well within my daily points. I am not saying I am perfect, I still eat some chocolate. But, just from a mathmatical standpoint, I am not eating enough calories to sustain my current weight. Has this happened to anyone else?
