  1. I, too am getting a first fill March 18th after my Feb 9th banding. I am not sure of what to expect, but hope I don't end up too tight as I am doing well with virtually no restriction. Once in a while it does remind me it's there yet. I want to be able to continue to enjoy all foods if possible. I dont fear the needle so much as the fear of PB's which I have experienced once since banding and many times prior from a spastic esophagus in the last year. I've done little to slow my intake and extend chewing and fear I may pay a dear price after 1st fill. At times I wonder if I should use my band with fill restriction only after stop meaningful weight loss without it. I am excited, nervous and hopeful about the first fill. url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wU5IwuW/] hw/310 1/28/09 sw/290 2/9/09 cw/269 3/13/09 gw/180 12/31/09
