I'm 3yrs out as of 1/21. I had an in office emergency unfill, something my dr does not do. I was so afraid my band would slip I insisted. That week my insurance changed and did NOT cover my band. So I went from March 23 2011 empty. Gained 30 pounds I'm going for fluro and possible adjustment if all is ok. I'm freaking out because I am afraid I may have a stretched pouch or my band may not be where it should be or a thousand other possibilities. Are there any symptoms I should be looking for, for any of these things other than I can eat like a horse?

I am feeling so much better since my adjustment. I am eating more than I was. that wasn't much. But now I am getting in at least one good meal a day. I have my kids home for Easter break as soon as they go back to school. Next week I will get back on my food journaling and exercise schedule. I feel so much better now that I am not too tight. No headache no chest pain and it does not hurt to breath. I am eating 6 ozs per meal and it feels better than it was before the adjustment. I am 15 pounds away from my goal. Wish me luck reching it.

I don't know but it is annoying since I have to pay to have it removed as well. I feel like I need a coupon incase I need to get it back at a later date. LOL. I feel so much better thou. Best wishes to you as well. Rorochef.

Well I ended up going to see my surgeon again. Under fluro 6 weeks after having a removal I had to have even more removed. Not much but it was enought to finally feel better. I can finally eat something again. Yogurt had even started to be a problem. I feel much better today, no headache any more and I don't have a tight chest pain in the middle of my chest. I can breath again.

All went well I was totally out for it. Was in and out of the or in less than 20 minutes. Was good after that now I'm too tight and have to have some removed, again. Let me know how yours goes. Good Luck.

Hey everyone went for my fill Oct 15th. Under fluro as only Dr. Goldstein will do. the needle wouldn't go in. Dr. said my port must be flipped. Went in to repostion my port on Nov 23rd. Went well I was in and out of surgery felt like 25 minutes. Now to lose the 6 pounds I gained. Finally got permission to exercise again. Wish me luck back on the track and hoping to lose 50 more pounds.:thumbup:

Saw the dr he took out .8cc Now I have had a complete cc taken out. still losing Thank God. Hope it keeps going well.:thumbup:
