  1. My advice to you keep a log of things you can't eat because you forget. You will get it was so hard at first for me I threw up alot but not so much now. I ready have not tried alot of beef since my surgery. My husband wants to try a steak. I love buying new clothes, I am losing fast and I happy about that. My biggest goal is to put on my wedding ring on it been 15 years since I wore it.
  2. I was 307 when I was banded and now I weigh 228 and it feels so good one lady said she wouldn't have reconized me because I have changed so much.
  3. hello I was banded on may 31 I have lost 79 pounds and I am so much happier now and my husband is too.
