  1. Thanks for the response. I definately think the lapband is a great thing! I am just an odd one. I am 5' 10", in '03' b4 banding I weighed 364 lbs. Over a couple years I got down to 158 lbs. Which was amazing!!!!! Well, I quit smoking in Sept. 06, there came 60lbs. then here comes the kicker, I started eating ice cream everyday and I really mean everyday, there came another 40 lbs. and here I am today at 25? lbs. ugh!!!!! I gtg, I will have to get into the why I would want the band removed story later. Thanks:tongue_smilie:
  2. I'm 32 female, I had my band put in January '03'. I had it done in Port Huron Michigan. I am currently contemplating having the band removed, that's how I found this site, looking for info. I lost over 200 lbs., but have since gained almost 100 lbs. back. Although I am happy, I am not too happy with my weight these days. :scared2:
