  1. Well i've had my band for about 8 months now and i've lost 65 lbs. so far...30 to go. A few months back I started experiencing pain in my lower mid abdomen. The pain is pretty bad at times, to where I can't hardly stand up straight. It feels like gas pains, but it's not moving anywhere. I discussed this with my doctor and he told me I need to drink more water and take in more fiber. He told me to start using benefiber. So I did. After about 2 days of using the benefiber the pain was gone.(it was pretty much every day) Well the relief only lasted about a month or so. Now the pain is back. I didn't stop taking the fiber so I don't understand why it's back. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how can I make it stop? What is causing it? Please help!!!
