  1. Something I learned is that I fail when I try and I do alright if I don't try and just be myself. Just be yourself and someone will come around, life is tough as it is right now so all i can say is don't worry about it and don't make it a top priority to find a boyfriend just leave it on the back burner and you will eventually find a good guy.
  2. Lol, I have no sex life and that the way I want it... for now.
  3. I was able to stop sleeping in a chair after 2 weeks...
  4. I just tell my friends I had eaten earlier and would like to save some for later.
  5. Awesome! good luck, the band will definitely change your life as it is still changing mine.
  6. Well I haven't had my band long so I cant answer a lot of the questions, but what I can answer is that after surgery and the following weeks I am not allowed to lift weights until my doctor gives me the "okay" at the checkup. I use to power-lift in high school and had recently gotten back into it a year ago. I was benching 360 last year, but I'll tell you it took a lot of time and hard work that I wouldn't go back that route and instead I'm going to go with a more traditional weightlifting routine using high reps such as 6x20's as opposed to 4x5's. The high reps help with burning calories and will help with getting cut as opposed to bulking with the high weight low rep. I eat a lot healthier now, I feel that I am gaining more confidence as I lose weight and I'm walking 2.5 miles everyday so it will still take dedication and sweat but it is definitely worth it.
  7. I'm healing good just insane shoulder pain especially at night. I've lost 20lbs so far.
  8. I got banded recently by Dr. Spivak in Houston and everything has been going pretty good. So I would just like to say.... Hello.
  9. I got banded last Friday, Everything has been pretty good except for the left shoulder pain. It's killing me I am going insane and going to sleep is a chore. I ride my recumbent bicycle for 30 minutes and then go to sleep wake up at like 5 or 6a.m ride the bicycle again and go back to sleep. That has been my routine for the past few days, but the sleeping part has been pretty weird I wake up thinking I have been awake the whole time just laying in bed but I know surely i must have slept because those 4 hours went by quickly. Anyways wish me luck I hope this pain goes away because i find it impossible to concentrate in my classes.
