  1. I have a pre-surgical BMI of 33; recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, have high cholesterol and have a significant family history for coronary artery disease, diabetes, and cancer ; will be banded in Mexico on 5/24 by Ortiz. I have Oxford Freedom and read the preconditions which included a BMI of 35 and just 'folded my hand' without even trying to get covered. I decided to do it in ASAP since it fit into my schedule. Tell me that down the road I won't have to kick myself in my soon -to-be skinny butt.
