Just want to say thanks for sharing everyone! Haven't been on here forever but I was banded in 2009 had a band slippage in 2010 and had it repaired, was having problems for the past month and went to the er this past Saturday n was told it slipped yet once again!!! Made a tuff decision but decided to have it removed not salvaged this past Sunday!!! I lost a total of 110 lbs so gotta have faith in myself and know I can maintain this weight loss!!! Just got home today !!! Good luck all

Wow...how xciting!!! I am gonna be banded Feb.5,2009 & my story is alot like yours.I am a mother to twin 12 yr old girls and a 15 yr old boy.I have been married to their dad for 15 yrs but because of my weight, Dads the "FUN" parent cuz he does all those things with em....I have let my weight keep me from doing ALL those FUN things with my kids way too long.....Good Luck!!!!
