  1. I got my first fill a month ago. At first it was so painful to eat I was on liquids way past the recommendation. Then it got a little better, but now I am finding that when ever I eat something solid, my neck/shoulder aches horribly. I thought at first I just needed to see the chiropractor, but after 3 adjustments in 1 1/2 weeks, I have come to realize my pain is most excrusiating when I am eating. I am going to get my band adjusted tomorrow (take water out) and hope it works. Anyone else have this problem?

  3. I had trapped gas in me for about two weeks. It was very painful and made me regret my decision temporarily. Remember to take small sips constintly throughout the day.

I felt the same way after I got banded. I was so depressed that I couldn't eat the way I did before. But I am over it now. I realized that I did this for a reason and I should not beat myself up.
