  1. I had my banding on 12/15/08, with a hernia repair at the same time. Be patient it will get better, just keep on walking but don't over do it. Give your body time to recoupe. and let it adjust to your new lifestyle. If you are taking multi vitamins and protien drinks your on your way. Keep your spirits up and keep going foreward.
  2. Hello everyone, I'm 48 and was concerned about my health as well as being very frustrated with the dieting scene. So I was Banded on 12-15-08. As of the 3 week interval I have lost 24 pounds. I have adheared to my Dr.s orders very exactly. So far so good, very pleased with no extreme hunger. First fill to be on 1-29-09.:tongue2:
