ok jim let's redirect your focus the way i look at it, is when i go to get a box of computer paper at work the darn thing is heavy. it weighs 20 pounds a box. I have lost 2 boxs and working on my 3rd. in the first month just on liquids, you'll probably lose a great deal and you are on you way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how cool is that!!!!!!!!!! close your eyes and see how much easy it will be when 1 box goes then another and another that's your focus..........this summer be able to do more and feeling good about yourself focus on why you are getting the band , and what you want from the band, the results of using the band best for you good luck on the 9th deb

hi folks just got off nights and the ride home was pretty with the snow stuck to the trees sherry glad your doing better and i hope to see you at the reunion chris i had to cancel wed appt so you should be able to get one, i am taking my partner to the doctors, ken ruined the car and now we are down to one car for a bit. i told michelle i will call kelly and speak with her about how hard it is for me to eat,but i am sure stess is a big factor.the diverticulitis (thxs for the spelling) is better but the but one more time and its surgery the doctor says. kay sorry you will not be at the reunion, but i will try and make a reunion if i am not on shift another time if it is put together nite folks deb

i will be staying in canton, and not working so i am easy. remember i have been in western ma for 15 yrs so i have to look up a place to get there i will bow to your judgement i figure i'll take the kids to the movies during the day and michelle told me about some indoor mini golf the middle mutt wants to go for her birthday i have tons of stuff to do here but it will be fun to get away i don't know where most of everyone live and how hard would it be to join, but it would be fun for me to meet ya all deb

just a quick..who am i for the rest my name is debbie i grew up on the south shore of boston, but moved to western ma for work 14 yrs ago, i am a power plant control rm operator for GE my son is married to michelle (BI nurse) they have given me 3 grandgirls (14,7,and 3 yrs old) i have a step son with my life partner, who just got out of the military. we are happy he came home and is safe! he is trying to get on a fire dept of in a major city. i decided to get a lap band to help get weight off my bones and to enjoy the life i have. 5 yrs ago a mamogram found breast tumor which was cancer and the doctor thinks cancer cells might of past thru the blood and i am in treatment still for the bones. nothing is coming up on the bone scan and my ca counts are staying down. i am very very happy with the weight i have lost and another 25 pounds i hope to stop smoking and really how great is it to share with others who understand the struggle of life as a overweight person and we all wish for the same thing. time to remove snow deb

chris looking good, spoke with michelle last night. I told her I was coming down tues early in morning and planning to get there around 7 am. hope the weather is good. ( michelle lost my scheduale for work, ha ha i told her that was a good thing) sherry hang in there, I have noticed that when I am stressed out it is harder for me to eat. It is like I swell inside and have a smaller opening. The acid stuff has me stumped how does it back track? dez I told michelle to put me down for March for going to the BI thingie and we will be going in together. don't forget to RSVP, looking forward to meeting you. dez, i am planning on going to the BI meet with michelle in march, hope to meet you there and many others. It falls on my days off from work. I got on a plane in dec big difference. I remember a very small young lady all balled up in the plane set sleeping once, i was envyous (sp?) i am in a holding pattern now at about 200 #'s. I did join a gym but real hard to get to with work and by the time i leave work i just want to go home from all the stress. ( my job can be stressful) maybe i can do better once i am off the relief shift. chris that's great, i'll leave it up to you on where you guys want to meet. just need to know where so i can map quest or something. everything has changed so much i need maps to get from point a to b (or i am getting old lol) off to work deb

hi all geez what a project to figure computer stuff out well i got my photo up by my name finger healed real well, no infection but still on antibodies deb

i did it not where i thought it woud come up but it is a start deb
