  1. I've only had one fill, on 1-5-09. I'm doing well with my eating, but am getting hungry between meals. I'm guessing I just need another fill. I know the goal is to find my sweet spot. But how often is "normal" for fills? My next appt. is Feb 13th. Is that normal, or should I go in sooner?
  2. I just got back from Cincinnati, and everything went great. Thanks for the words of encouragement. I actually grew up in Baltimore, and graduated from Liberty Union. Small world!
  3. Hello-from Lancaster, OH. Had my surgery on 12-8-08 in Cincinnati by Dr. Trace Curry. He and the staff at Journeylite are really great. I've lost about 23 lbs so far (that's including what I lost on the pre-surgery diet) I'm going back down to Cincinnati in the morning for my first fill, and am pretty excited. Hopefully all will go well, and my first fill will give me some results.
