  1. Sounds like we all are having or have had the threads question, "Will I Ever Get Restriction." Maybe it's because we had higher expectations and thought this was the miracle cure instead of the tool! I know I've expected to see waaaaaay better results than what I'vev goten. Heck, I could have lost more weight, faster on the low carb diet, all be it may not be as healthy! I am at 8cc's after my second fill. I had surgery January 5th and have lost 34 pounds. I cans say I expected way more but by the way it sounds, if we give it time, we'll eventually see results. We're just not seeing the immediate results some of us thought we'd see right out of the gate! I guess it's a marathon not a sprint!
  2. Good information guys, thanks for all the suggestions.
  3. Don't make it too obvious but when they take your height, bend your knees slightly. I'm 6'0" and when my height was taken to determine my BMI I was 5'11". This will increase your BMI a few points and will significantly increase your chance of meeting the appropriate BMI without having to put on the extra pounds.
  4. What brand of vitamins are you guys buying? I just had surgery and know my nutritionist suggested Nature Made after I heal but man these suckers look huge. Before the surgery, they also seemed to upset my stomach if taken when I hadn't eaten anything. I'd like to get a high potency multi vitamin, is there a good chewable vitamin out there for adults that will give us everything we need and then some? Chewable or not I want the best vitamin I can get that will be easy to swallow and digest. Any suggestions?
