  1. Hello, i'm kind of new to the website and I love how it provides a lot of helpful information and you are able to talk to lots of people who have been in the same situation. I was banded in October and have since only lost about 22 lbs. I was kind of frustrated and because of my plantar faciitis I am hurting in my foot a lot and can't do that much exercising.. But I am having surgery on my foot on Wednesday and after that I am looking forward to getting out there and shedding more pounds!! Keep up the good work to all!!
  2. I have been having this pain on my left side too. It has been going on for about a week or so but it slowly fading away as the days go by. I was actually going to call my doctor on tomorrow to let him know about it. I thought it may have been gas or something like that. I got my first fill about 3 weeks ago. It only bothers me when I am walking or trying to get comfortable in the bed to try and sleep. I'll let you know what my doctor says that it may be and if you find out anything, please enlighten me!!
  3. Hello all, my name is Renee'. I am originally from Alabama(Roll Tide!!), but now I live in the Atlanta area. I was banded on October 28, 2008 and as of today, I have lost about 25 lbs. Right now I have been at a stand still since then. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do that much exercising because I have plantar faciitis in my left foot. It is VERY painful and I cant walk or stand on it for a long period of time. I am scheduled to have surgery on it on the 14th of January, and after that I am looking forward to getting out there and getting more weight off in 2009. I'm new to this site and hopefully I will meet a lot of new people who have gone or is going through the same journey that I am enduring. Hope to talk to you soon!!:wink2:
