    I'm thinking seriously about getting banded, but I have questions about the procedure itself. All the literature states that it's minimally invasive, requires no hospital stay, and is reversible. My questions are: Is it painful? How long do I need to be off work? and How long til I'm 100% healed? If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks
