Alex,I am a Bariatric coordinator and I know what sleeve Gastrectomy is, but what is sleeve with plication? Also I am looking for a surgeon that does band plication to hook my surgeon up with. Thanks

I have a simple meal plan, meat the size of the palm of your hand, and something green about 1/4 cup. No counting or real measuring, 3 meals a day and don't allow boredom or frustration to make you eat. Hang in there. We didn't gain our weight over night and we are not going to loose it over night. What is the pouch diet? I feel off the wagon Christmas as well. Its the first time since I had my surgery in Sept. to do so. I feel so guilty. Guilty In Alabama

Hello everyone I am a Bariatric Coordinator for my local hospital and new Lap Band patient myself. I had surgery Sept 23 with Dr. S. Robbins, lost 19 getting ready for surgery and have lost another 23 since surgery. Feel Great, loving it. Gone from a size 20 to 14. Though my job is bariatric surgery, I need support just like my patients!
