  1. I don't know if anyone else has already said this, but if I eat too much I get a really bad pain in my shoulder, then a headache. It either lasts until whatever I'm eating makes its way through my band, or I will PB. No fun either way.
  2. I don't know if I'm over reacting, but my band started feeling different yesterday so now I'm wondering if it has slipped. I'm not in pain, as a matter of fact I feel the best since surgery. But there is no uncomfortable feeling when I eat. The tight feeling in my chest is gone. Where certain things used to get stuck so easily, now everything goes down easy. I don't know if it is just me and I'm getting used to chewing very well and taking smaller bites, or if it is just time for a fill. It has been five weeks since my last fill which was my first one, and I have one scheduled for Saturday. I see alot of people talking about pain with a slip, so I'm not sure if I am just worrying about nothing or what.

  5. Hey everyone, I'm also getting banded on the 12th at 9:00 a.m. in Cincinnati, Ohio by Dr. Trace Curry. I started my pre-op diet on December 31st and it is the Medifast shakes/soups, and I don't like most of them so I feel like I've been living on sugar free Jello and popsicles. Thank you for posting the lists SlimmerMe, I would have forgot something without those. Anyone else starting to get nervous the closer it gets?
  6. I start my liquid diet either the 30th or the 31st, and I have surgery on January 12th.
  7. I go to my nutrition class on December 30th and get the stuff to start my medifast liquid diet that day. Surgery is scheduled for January 12th. Starting to get nervous!!!
