  1. No I wasn't told not to eat more than 2 oz. each meal they just said that was an Ideal amount of how much my pouch would hold. what I do Is I only eat until I get the first feeling of fullness If I get hungry before about six hrs I drink tomato juice.
  2. I had my first fill yesterday, I noticed some tightness yesterday evening and then this morning nothing really. My doc told me I would only be able to tolerate liquid for 24hrs, but I had eggs for Breakfast. Today I dont feel much restriction however I can tell that I feel full longer. I just worry about the amount I can eat. Does anyone else feel like you can eat more than you should. I dont exactly measure what I eat but I stop eating as soon as I feel full, and of course It's not much but I feel like its more than 2 oz. I dont know I dont mean to ramble but Im newly banded and having mixed emotions so to say. Banded: 11/21/08 First fill: 12/18/08 (1 cc) Total Weight Loss: 25 lbs.
