i would have to agree with mmm on this it is horrible and you panic but it does pass, i had it on friday, its bl**dy sore especiallay when I had eaten the same things on many occasions before. G

hi all hope everyone is well, this band is meeennnttttaaalllllllllll some times, as you know i aint had a fill for 3 months because i have been away and i have not had anything like restriction for months, i can eat bread red meat etc, however tonight i had chicken tikka and a chapati (which i have regularly) AND OMG I could not get chapati down, i proper PB'd twice it was horrible and a bit sore, , it stuck and i must have stood over sink for 20 mins, how weird eh. hiya, i went with bmi from glasgow but only had hand luggage so went straight through, i would think like other airlines i have used there will be a desk for bagdrop in the normal checkin hall where you show your pre printed boarding card and then hand in the bag. Sorry never done it that way with BMI gx

hi tee bird the manchester fills are in the Regus business centreManchester Business Park 3000 Aviator Way Manchester M22 5TG, just go into reception and ask for ecfs. wee tip park at front door first and run into reception as the car park is behind the building and you need to display a ticket that reception give you, this will save you parking, walking to reception and then having to go back to car, especially will wee ones. hope this helps. gx

i always go on the rule of 5% of fat in 100g, always check the 100g value as the actual fat in the item can look ok if the item is less than 100g but in 100g column it may be high. On the mugshots there fine but let me know the kcal in the whole thing NOT the 100g reading as you may be surpised the calorie level, but i think there just dandy. My god that sound very confusing gx

i also found comfort from drinking nesquick strawberry made with milk i got at shop there if you like milkshake then take some, oh and eat the biscuits they leave you in room with a cup of tea, they are magic i ended up buying some in shops to bring home. Gx
