  1. The two hardest things for me have been to stop using a straw, and to stop chewing gum. Dr says that when you do either, you end up swallowing a lot more air. I still do both but not that often. When I do though, I do notice a bit more gas.
  2. my port in just under my belly button, you can't see it and it doesn't poke out. you can only feel it if you press on my belly button. i have lost 85 lbs and it has remained the same.
  3. I was sleeping on my stomach day 1. I did not move around much for the first few days but after that, it was right back to sleeping like normal.
  4. I only lost 75 in the first year. I thought it was really slow, but I am always reminded that slower is better. It has been about 14 months now and have lost another 10 for a total of 85. I am happy with that and feel good.
