  1. I'm a Web Developer. Same here with the sitting all the time. I bought some dumb bells from the store and I'm going to use those however. Getting in exercise is important when you work 8+ hours a day and get little exercise. With just a pair of dumb bells i can do all kinds of exercises.
  2. Ceradad, Hey man, can you list some of your excercises? I'm trying to build an exercise plan. I went to FREE Exercise Programs - Workout Routines & Weight Loss Diet Plans, but I like how you do a fitness plan for six weeks take of a week then switch up the program with a new circuit. That's COOL!
  3. Hey all, I'm posting this because the website won't leave me alone until I do...LOL. My wife and I got our lap bands: Her (June 2008) and I (October 2008). She recently got her third band fill, and I got my first. Glad to be a part of the group! It's good to be around people going through the same thing we're going through.
