  1. I just thought that the process would be much quicker since I wasn't having to go through insurance and that I also figured that they would want to get you scheduled as quick as possible. I guess there are lots of folks having this process done right now and they may be overloaded. Thanks for the encouraging words.
  2. Sorry I'm new to this process and I don't know if I replied to the right person or not, if so this message is a duplicate and ignore it. Reply to cutiern - I had to have an upper GI test/x-ray done to make sure that I didn't have an ulcer.

  4. I'm impatient as well. I'm fretting over this and I'm anxious to at least get it scheduled.
  5. When I called to confirm that they had received my test results I asked them what was the next step and they said someone would be contacting me to set up an appointment. I guess I'll wait this week and contact them if noone contacts me. Thanks
  6. I have gone to the seminar for Dr. Spivak and had an office visit and he requested that I have tests done. I had the tests done and had the results sent to Dr. Spivak's office. I called to confirm they got them, but now I'm just waiting for someone to contact me to set up a time. How long should this process take? I don't want to bug them, but I'm anxious to get my surgery scheduled? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am paying for the operation on my own, not insurance. Thanks
