  1. Hi, I am new to this site, I have some questions and do not really want to talk to the doctor where I got my band done, I'm feeling more like a number than an actual patient. The last couple of days I have been noticing a pain in my belly, it is not where the band would be, it is kinda close to where the port is, but I still can't feel the port. I am 8 weeks out from surgery. Anyway, when I twist or lift (or even twice, just walk) it feels like I am being sliced with a knife from the inside. My large incision IS red and irritated, but the doctors that I have talked to about that don't seem to think that is anything to worry about. So, does anyone have any input as to why I am having those feelings and should I be worried?:cursing:
