  1. I am trying to decide when to have my lap band, it will probably be next year. My question to the seasoned lapbanders is, do you ever think about what can happen to the band after so many years inside of you? Like will it integrate itself into your organs or whatever else is around it. That is the one question that really worries me. Thanks
