    Hi there, Well I have been doing it since Friday. I am not meant to start it until Tuesday but I wanted to start early. Well I failed today. I felt terrible missed opti breaky and lunch and hardly drank any water! So at dinner time I decided to have stirfry and rice with the family. I hope as from Tuesday I am going to be able to do this. You should give it a trial run see how you go. Caz
