  1. I didn't think they were too bad. They were so sweet I had to mix a half bottle of Isopure with water and drink it that way. I've found the best way for me is to have Carnation Instant with 1% milk and Any Whey for breakfast (29 gr protein). Sometimes I mix a half scoop Any Whey in sugar free pudding. I do get tired of all the artifical sweetness. Wish someone would create a protein pill.
  2. Hi everyone. I'm new to Lapbandtalk.com. I was just banded on 11/05/08. Things are going pretty well but I do think I will be glad when the liquid phase is over. I will be starting mushies or "blended" food soon. Has anyone ever put split pea soup or bean soup in the blender for mushies.
