  1. I had major doubts also! However, went through with the surgery (which was a breeze) and am 2 weeks post and I am very thankful I had it done. I was a major carb addict also but amazingly enough have not even craved since surgery...Good Luck!
  2. I was banded on 11/12/08 and I still have my steri strips on....my post surgery information said to leave them on if they do not come off after 10 days they may be removed.
  3. I was banded 11/12/08 and am having the same thing...it feels like a side ache and is difficult to take a deep breath. I am trusting this will subside with time. It is good hearing those that are ahead cheering us on!
  4. Was good to read your post....I am having my band tomorrow and am very apperhensive....
