  1. Hello. I have been thinking about surgery for several years. I even have had 2 surgery dates scheduled in the past. I would recommend that you look around and make sure that you are comfortable with the Doctor and his staff. I also want to say that you should not have it done until you are 100% sure that you are ready for the life changes. I hope that you would be able to find answers here.   2. Hello! My name is Shelly and I am scheduled for banding on December 3, 2008. My doctor is Dr. Olson with Trinity Medical Center in Moline, IL.
