  1. I am 4 weeks out from banding and I still have left shoulder pain occasionally. It really depends on what I eat. I have found that American cheese slices are a big NO-NO for me.
  2. It took a little over 3 weeks for me to stop having pain. I still have some soreness at the port site. My biggest problem right now is constipation. Anyone have any suggestions?
  3. Best of luck to you!!!! I am really excited about this new journey. Can you tell me how you got the Ticker to work. I tried several times yesterday with no luck.
  4. Hi everyone! My surgery is scheduled for November 10. I have a red dress hanging in my closet that I am dying to wear. I have chosen Lap-band Surgery to help me get in that dress. I look forward to chatting with those of you who are on this journey too.
