    First off lets no how far out you are and I have been wondering the same thing since day 1. I asked my doctor about that and he told me that in the begining you will not stretch it with just water you are still wide open (my doc dont fill any during surgery) he said that it is possible after you get restriction if you drink to much to soon after you eat but that is my doc I am sure that you will get alot of responses on this hope it helps for now.
