  1. I was banded on 3/19 and feel the same way, no energy. I am also having a hard time getting all my protein. Some things I had planned, like protein chicken broth are not setting well at all. Today did a vanilla protein and did better. The walking hasn't helped me so far. Pam
  2. Hey all, Recently joined after reading many others postings. I started down this path for a new direction in my life this past August and am hoping have my surgery in December. I want to thank all of you who have shared your experiences and information. I have found this site to be very helpful especially when I am feeling apprehensive about the entire process. Marycrest
