Thanks for the post, I just got some food stuck and it was really painful and had some pb's and the slimes until I threw up and I am much better now. I have been suffering from a severe sinus infection and post nasal drip. My question is does throwing up cause band slippage. S

I have told my hubby, my sister and brother and my two children and of course my best friend. I really didnt want anyone else to know I have a very critical extended family and I have been the only one who is overweight. Now I am equal to them all!!! I now have a quiet confidence that I never had in my entire life. Super Girl

Hi, I was banded October 24th 2008 and this is the easiest surgery I have had by far. I knew everything to expect before hand. I am so proud I have lost 20 pounds now and 3 sizes in pants now. Everyone there was so wonderful to me and If anyone out there is thinking of having lapband surgery I say go for it!!! Super Girl
