  1. If we could 'band' our heads as well! Junk food (IMO) is a bad addiction. I have found that if I think of junk food as something that will get stuck (because it does for me), it takes my cravings down. But 'Head Hunger' is very hard!
  2. Thanks to B-52, I also do the liquid thing . I believe that this keeps my band very happy.
  3. I'm with ya. I need to rid my house of sugar! These holidays and all the yummy sweet things have to go. Just weighed myself this AM.....put on about 20 pounds in one month, not good.
