  1. I am two weeks past and just had my doctors visit. I told him I was hungry. He told me to start eating "real"food, small bites, no liquids!! I started do that and I an not hungry. I know you said that you are still have a restricted diet, but try more filling foods.
  2. I think you are being successful on your own, you should not do this surgery. Wait and continue doing what your doing. I think you will be happier in the long run.
  3. Hi from KY. I was banded on Oct.8-I am one week out and started eating a puerred diet. i am down 15 pounds but I keep wandering if I made the right decision. Anyone else regret having been banded.
  4. Hi! I am new to the site. I am 1 week post surgery and I am regretting having it done. I am now eating a peered diet, which is better than the liquid. Has anyone else had any problems or regretts. I am hoping this feeling will go away the more weight I lose. P.S. I am done 15 pounds - one week pre-surgury and one week post.
