I had 3 girlfriends who did it so I was nterested in it. I gained 110 lbs after my pregnancy and a bad relationship that I managed to loose 60 lbs of it with diet and exercise after a 2 year period. I then yo yo'd for four years with gaining 10 loosing 5 gain 15 loose 5 blah blah that I just became over the battle and ready for the band. its been 4 months and I have lost 38 lbs so far.....
