  1. Hi Guys, I'm Mallory, a 20 yr old originally from Houston, Tx, but now I'm in Norman Ok. I got my lap band on June 16th, 08 and it was going great until I moved to come back to school. I lost 20 lbs in the first month, but I'm struggling. I feel like I'm failing at this, too and this surgery has been a last resort for me. I don't know what to do because I haven't lost any weight since August. I feel like I'm not in control of the situation, and I'm getting to the point where I'm beating myself up over it, which definitely isn't helping. I need some help, ideas, support - something. I just want to make this work, and obviously trying to do it alone isn't the answer. -mal
