Don’t get down on yourself , just go back and read your information your Doctors and Dietitians gave you before your surgery and reboot your mind and start back all over again from scratch and do what they say in the books and notes they gave you . S*** will happen like this it’s not always a smooth road all the time sometimes you have to go down a bumpy country road for awhile to get where you want to be.
  2. I’m just over 2 years out of surgery and I started at 455# and now I’m stuck at 270# but my goal weight is is 230-240# my pre military weight over 36 years ago , is this a normal stall in weight loss or just a unrealistic goal of mine . I am 58 years old also
