  2. This is my first time posting and commenting so if this isn't the right spot to reply I apologize. I haven't been diagnosed yet and I am 9 months post op RNY. I have an appointment with my team later this month to discuss this. I am experiencing the same symptoms as you described and it is following heavy carbs or sugars without protein to balance. I have been doing some trial and error with being more balanced and that also seems to work for me.
