  7. Hi my name is Kelly this is my very first post:clap2: . I have been researching WLS for years. I'm 31 happily married (no children).I know that I want WLS and always thought the open RNY was what I wanted, But yesterday I met with my surgeon for the first time, I let him know all about me,and I let him know that in the future I want children,he instantly stopped talking about the RNY and with his professinal opinion told me I should have the Lapraroscopic Adjustable Lap Band, I never thought that was an option for me, so now I'm just doing as much research about this as I can, and truthfully so far it sounds sooooooo much safer and all around better than the RNY, any help with my research would be greatly appreciated. :help: Thank you
