  1. I try not to eat a lot of food that is not good for me, but it just seem to be slow I guess i need more patience.
  2. I have been banding now for 2 months my starting out weight was 228 and I have only lost 23 lbs. can someone please help me because I am getting very discouraged with this. I have tried eating just a little I have only 2 cc in my band I eat slow I drink slow I don't know any thing else to do please help.

  4. I was just banded 12 days ago, My Dr. is Walker Byars in Oxford MS. So for I have only lost about 12 lbs. I will be glad when this clear liquid stage is over. I would like for someone to tell me how they felt after the surgery. I still feel some what stuffy in my chest feel alot like gas I hope that it will subside soon.
